We’re Hiring:
We launched a new piece of software in September 2023 and are planning a major update in mid-2026. This software, called decode, is designed to allow human operators and robots to work together, using the intelligence and decision-making capabilities of the human whilst delegating the dull, dirty and dangerous parts of the job to the robot.
We are currently looking for a GTM lead & content creator to support our business development alongside that new product update, working closely with our CEO, CTO and engineers to design, develop and produce digital marketing content. That will include adding narratives and highlights to simulations, joining the robotics team at manufacturing sites to film demos, editing together demo reels and, we hope, coming up with ideas of other ways to raise awareness of our company, software, and the benefits human-robot collaboration can have in manufacturing.
Your Role:
- Work with the team, including senior management, to ideate and produce marketing content for a growing company
- Enhance brand awareness and drive web traffic to acquire new leads and customers
- Directly develop social media and other digital marketing campaigns promoting the company’s products
- Manage and execute those campaigns across various digital channels, including email, social media and any others as deemed suitable
- Learn about how to measure and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)

Requirements:
- Strong understanding of digital marketing content creation, for social media, email marketing etc.
- Excellent graphic design and video editing skills
- Excellent analytical skills
- Excellent project management skills
- Strong communication skills including presenting and demonstrating ideas to the team
- High competency in written and oral English
- Team player
Preferred Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools
- Knowledge of robotics or manufacturing
- Understanding of software development processes (to ease internal communication)
- UI/UX design
A few examples:
- decode for operators – Video introduction to our key software, decode, for operators
- Operator marking region for polishing– Typical application of our software (and the type of video that you might create). In this example, the operator identifies defects on the part and marks them with a contrasting colour. A camera and our software then identify the geometry of the part and the regions of interest so a new polishing path can be generated
- Highlight reel – Robots doing all sorts of different things, all running programs generated by our software
- R&D projects – Projects we’ve been involved in, some of which could have had better videos
- 1, 2, 3 – And a few cool things our software can do that we haven’t presented well in the past
